Finally I watched Harry Potter in NZ here Rotorua on 28/07/2009, 1915 show. I watched it at Reading Cinema at first by the name I thought it was a place selling books. Instead is really a cinema. The normal price is approximately NZD15 I think as in Te Puke is ranging from NZD12 - 16 depending on the day you watch. However I got the tickets at NZD9.50 as there is a coupon in the Rotorua visit map that offers such discount. Though is still expensive.
I watched the movie with Hong, another helper here from HK and Amanda, Leigh's gf, both from England. We bought our tickets seperately, as there isn't seating position. Is actually free seating. Cool isn't it? However I think having a big group may not be a good idea. There isn't much people watching the movie, no idea is it because the movie have been a hit for some time or NZ people rarely watched movie in cinema. The seats are big, is a fix chair seating, not those flip chairs. We are seated I think some where third or fourth row from front in the middle seating. Is a low seat making kind of difficult to watch. Overall is a new experience but yet still Malaysia the best. I think is who you watched with. If I happen to watch with Richie hehe... then that's the best place haha...
