This
is a place, suburb I guess, near Epsom. It takes 30 minutes walk along Gillies
Ave (name of a street) from Ranfurly Road to arrive. We have been to this place
a while on our first day of arrival. Today we went there to open our bank
account in ASB.
- Arrived at Newmarket
At
ASB we were greeted by the receptionist and informed us that the customer
service officer will be available by 1pm. As we did not make any appointment,
we are lucky enough to be able to meet with the officer in 15 minutes time. When
times arrived, we were greeted by a Chinese lady officer and found out that she
is from Shanghai and had been in NZ for several years. She is very rushing in
explanation giving an expression like she is very busy and entertaining us is
like doing us a favor due to no appointment. Well to be frank, I don抰 really
like the way she serve the customer, is like giving a pressure to the customer
everything is rushing well maybe this is how China work around like.
After
the bank, we went to the Asian Food Court. Finally Chinese. Haha when I
entered, something that is very familiar the TVB series. Is showing and is the
show that is being shown in Astro before I come over- 銀樓金粉 isn抰
it good to hear and watch some series you are familiar with.
There
are not much people in the food court. There are Malaysian, Korean, Chinese and
other asian food available. The price is not cheap too. I ordered Wan Tan Mee
for NZD 7.50. But the wan tan not bad quite nice too.

After
finishing our lunch, we walk back to the house. Is quite sunny today and I
didn抰 bring cap. It sometimes does make me feel pain on the head as the
sunlight shine directly on your forehead. Now I truly understand why most of the
time my mum will bring umbrella along. Not sissy not woman but is to protect
ourself from the danger of the sun light. Mi I miss u. When arrive home, I
will be your umbrella holder and walk you all the way you want to go.
