Wow, time really flies and MIFC has returned. The last fireworks is still in mind and this year is back to PICC again. But frankly, I don't find any advertisement or publication of this event. I found it from a travel magz accidentally and only when the date approaching, it was publish in local papers and radio. Compared to last year the publication was not that grand, maybe it was the first time last year and was too excited to it.

After the experience last year, me and my friend are eagerly to find a better place. As usual the rest of the photo kaki didn't turn up leaving me and my friend. But when the show about to start another friend manage to make it on time.

As the first day was a Tuesday, there is not much traffic leading to PICC. We managed to arrive at 6:30p.m. and park at our designated place, the pedestrian bridge locating the right side of PICC. We were lucky actually as the parking entrance has been blocked by cyclinder but hehe I asked my friend to just drive in and we manage to find a parking slot.

 

The location was inspired by Arthur Teng - Aurora of Australia. We wonder around the location and waited till the show starts at 9:30p.m. We actually went down a slope and that place is real dark luckily we were prepred with torch light. Setting up our tripod and waited for the burst. There were no trial burst this year and we continue shooting once the first burst is release. Alas, the bridge which meant to be foreground happens to block the fireworks :(
